Hi dollies... How youve been? :( Honestly, Im not that really in a good situation right now. :| I've been stranded for like 1 1/2 days due to this bad weather :(  But I'm still thankful that I am still SAFE right now... Thank You Lord... Please continue give guidance to those people who are still suffering due to the bad weather that gave us.
Photo was taken beside our house yesterday-August 7 around 11am to 12noon...
I've been awake like around 4:00am to prepare and lift my things. We expected that it will be worse because we already experienced a flood like 1 foot high, while  the last time that we experienced flood (even a 1 inch of water) was the last "Ondoy" Typhoon...
Then here it goes again. A calamity that we just have to surpass..
Photo was taken like around 1 o'clock in the afternoon...
Look at that guy, He is still happy and smiling in the midst of calamity. That's what I love about Filipinos. Always staying positive. :)
The flood is almost over the roof of my house :( Say goodbye to my hello kitty collection now :( At least we saved my shoe collection and some appliances. Didn't expect everything :'( Anyway they are just material things and easy to replace. The most important thing is that we're safe and no one got hurt.
This was inside my old vacant room in the 3rd storey of our house. Full of strangers that need our help. They have no choice and got stranded in our house since we're one of the houses in our brgy who have a high storey.
At least we're able to help 7 families during this so called "Ondoy Part 2"

Our City is still under the state of Calamity. And many flood victims need our help. If you wish to help, you can donate to the following:

Take note of these  Here is a list of EVACTUATION CENTERS AND RELIEF OPERATIONS in Metro Manila where you can drop by and help
Keep in mind that after wading in flood waters, you need to take 2 100mg DOXYCYCLINE capsules as soon as possible. Take them for 3-5 days if you have any open wounds that were exposed to the water and consult a doctor if you get other symptoms.
Meanwhile, Classes in Quezon City, Manila, Marikina, and Pasay are  suspended until Friday, authorities said.
(Which is a good thing. Because this means a lot of cleaning to do for us)
